What we collect

When you send a quote request or message, we store your name, email address, phone number, town or postcode, how you'd like to be contacted, your message and the configuration you chose.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We send you an email confirming that we received it. We don't use them for marketing.

Who sees it

Only Threshold & Frame staff can see your enquiry. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. We don't sell your details.

How long we keep it

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, email hello@example.com with your reference number.

Your browser

This site saves your design in progress in your own browser so you don't lose it if the page reloads. It contains no contact details, and is cleared when you send your request. Administrators have a sign-in cookie. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
